About IGG Account

A. Every player who want to apply for an IGG Passport needs to provide the following information:
    a) Account and password
    b) Registered E-Mail
    c) Personal information (certificate and safety question)
    d) Guide ID
B. Four parts of the IGG passport are kept confidential and could not be modified:
    a) Personal information
    b) Registered E-mail
    c) IGG Passport (IGG ID)
    d) Guide ID
C. Two parts of the IGG passport could be modified and checked after logging in:
    a) Password
    b) Safety question

Character Management

1. Character Modification: The players could not modify the character information. Furthermore, the official will also not modify the character information under the request of the players, the information includes name, title, skill, level, reputation, contribution rate, task, pet and the property (gold and item) etc.
2. Character Retrieve: The character could not be retrieved if the player has deleted it.

Advice on Account Protection

1. Use a long password. The longer your password is, the harder it is for hacker to obtain it.
2. Never let anyone know your account password.
3. Don't share or trade your account with anyone, it is both prohibited and unsafe. If you lost your account because of that, you must take full responsibility for the consequence of it.
4. Don't trust anyone who offers free item mall points or items. Once you believe it, they will ask you for your Passport ID and password, and then you may be hacked.
5. Beware of fraud sites, fake GMs and bots.
